Tracking and Shipment based complaints that are raised after 2 days from the date of product being delivered will not be taken into consideration and you are requested to call the return’s department once you whatsapp or mail them on any wrong happening of the package.
We shall not entertain any complaints after 2 days, once the order is delivered.
You need to reach out the return’s department if your package doesn’t reach you within 7 working days of the dispatch for any further validation from our end.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received.
